1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within India only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. If you reside outside of India and are interested in our services, please contact us directly to explore potential alternatives or digital service options.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location and the shipping method chosen, delivery times may vary. Typical delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, strikes, or other logistical issues. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure the timely and safe delivery of your order.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These charges will be clearly indicated at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods, which will be highlighted on the website.

4. Order Processing Time

Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. After processing, you will receive a second email containing your shipment details and tracking number, if applicable.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery status of your order. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner’s website or follow the link provided in the email to get real-time updates on the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

6. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions where delivery is delayed due to factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political events, or logistical constraints. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you of any potential delays and provide you with an updated delivery timeline. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by delivery delays.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain areas may not be serviceable by our courier partners due to geographical restrictions. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements or offer a refund for your purchase. We also reserve the right to cancel orders where delivery is not feasible, and you will be notified promptly in such instances.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We may require photographs of the damaged product and packaging to process your claim. We will work with you to either replace the damaged items or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error in your shipping information after placing your order, please contact us immediately at wbffmh@gmail.com. If the order has not been dispatched, we will make every effort to update your shipping information. However, once an order is shipped, changes to the shipping address are not possible.
