Cancellation and Refund Policy of

At West Bengal Forum for Mental Health (WBFMH), we strive to provide our services with the highest levels of satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or seek a refund for services you’ve booked or registered for. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and related matters. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

We recognize that unforeseen situations may require you to cancel a registration or service. Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing via email or through the contact form available on our website. The following conditions apply to cancellations:

Event Cancellations: If you have registered for an event hosted by WBFMH, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in the event terms.

Service Cancellations: For services booked with WBFMH, cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will be fully refundable, provided the services have not been rendered. After 48 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to review, and partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of the WBFMH team.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed in accordance with the following conditions:

Full Refunds: Full refunds will be issued if a service or event is canceled by WBFMH due to unforeseen circumstances, or if a request for cancellation meets the required notice period, as outlined above. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

Partial Refunds: In cases where the cancellation notice period has not been met or part of the service has already been rendered, WBFMH may offer a partial refund. The amount of the refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the service delivered or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees such as registration fees, administrative charges, and processing fees may not be refundable. These non-refundable fees will be clearly indicated at the time of booking or registration.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at wbffmh@gmail.com with your order or registration details.

2. Include your full name, event/service details, and reason for cancellation.

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-5 business days.

4. If approved, your refund will be processed, and you will be notified when the refund has been completed.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment. For credit or debit card payments, the refund may take an additional 7-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your card issuer’s policies. For payments made through bank transfers, refunds may take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account.

Refunds for services or events canceled by WBFMH will be initiated as soon as the cancellation is confirmed, and we will ensure communication of refund status throughout the process. In the case of refunds for international transactions, we are not responsible for any currency fluctuations or additional bank fees that may affect the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

While we strive to accommodate our clients, certain scenarios may not be eligible for refunds. These include but are not limited to:

1. Cancellations made after the completion of services.

2. Failure to attend an event or use a booked service without prior cancellation notice.

3. Requests made outside the refund window as stated in the terms of service or event registration.

4. Services purchased during promotional periods where refunds are not allowed (this will be clearly stated in the offer).

6. Changes to the Cancellation and Refund Policy

WBFMH reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. If you continue to use our services after changes are made, you agree to the revised terms.
